Tiny Mitre Station Plan (PDF format)

You know what it’s like, you’ve got your shiny new mitre saw, you’ve got your lovely clear work benches and you’re just itching to build a giant mitre saw station. Then it dawns on you that you’re about to lose an enormous amount of bench space! I faced this exact dilemma and that’s why I knocked up this quick mobile support with end-stop for my mitre saw. It was only supposed to be temporary but we’re about 5 years down the line now and it’s still doing the job. The original version had a rear fence on it but this turned out to be completely pointless and caused more problems than it solved, so that went a journey.
